Thank you for shopping with Hempin Mayhem! Every item is handmade or custom-created with care, and I truly appreciate your support of my small business.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 3–10 business days depending on product type, customization requests, and current order volume.

Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time. Please message me before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical U.S. delivery estimates:

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note that shipping carrier delays are outside of my control once your package has been dropped off and scanned by the carrier.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Custom Orders

For custom hats, tumblers, apparel, and personalized products, please message me before ordering to confirm:

- Colors

- Design preferences

- Sizing or style details

- Timeline expectations

If no customization details are provided, your item will be created exactly as shown in the listing photos.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Hempin Mayhem is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While I do my best to package every order carefully, Hempin Mayhem is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so I can help find a solution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select items. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.

Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly depending on customs processing.
